(3) Assembly mold and adjustment parameters: The good mold needs to be installed on the matching die casting machine for die casting, and then the parameters of the equipment are adjusted, which can ensure the highest accuracy of the aluminum alloy parts completed in the die casting process.

(4) Die casting commissioning: After the equipment adjustment, aluminum alloy die casting process. After the aluminum alloy is heated to liquid, it is injected into the mold and left for a period of time to cool the metal quickly. The faster the cooling rate, the better the forming effect. After the die casting is completed, the product is removed from the mold and impurities such as gates and burrs that may remain around the casting are removed.

(6) Grinding and polishing/spraying: the surface of the workpiece is polished and polished to reduce the surface roughness, obtain a bright and smooth surface, and then spray treatment, for product appearance and reliability test.

(7) Inspection: Inspection of aluminum alloy die-casting parts, including dimensional accuracy, appearance quality, defects and so on. After passing the inspection, you can determine whether the aluminum alloy die casting is qualified. Qualified products are finally packed according to the requirements.
