The maintenance and upkeep of aluminum alloy die casting machines can be divided into several types according to the inspection time: daily (shift) inspection, weekly inspection, monthly inspection, and regular inspection.

 

Daily inspection content of aluminum alloy die-casting machine:

1. Whether all machine actions are normal;

2. Whether the pump is working properly, whether the oil level is below the scale, whether the oil temperature is too high, and whether the fuel tank cap is properly covered;

3. Is there any oil leakage in the hydraulic system, is there any looseness in the pipeline joints and fastening screws, and is there any looseness in the pull rod nuts;

4. Whether the lubrication system and lubrication points are normal.

Weekly inspection content:

1. Remove dirt from the fuel tank, guide rails, pull rods, and elbows;

2. Check the oil level on the fuel tank;

3. Check the fixing and working condition of all solenoid valve coils;
