Precautions for upper die casting mold manufacturing
1. The manufacturing and installation position of the die-casting mold should meet the design requirements, and the distance between the center of the mold expansion force and the center of the die-casting machine should be minimized as much as possible, which may make the force on the large bar of the die-casting machine more uniform.
2. Regularly inspect the lifting eyebolts, screw holes, and lifting equipment of the mold to ensure the safety of personnel, equipment, and mold during lifting.
3. Regularly check the force error of the large bar in the manufacturing of die-casting molds, and make necessary adjustments.
4. Before installing the die casting mold, thoroughly wipe the machine mounting surface and the mold mounting surface. Check if the length of the top rod used is appropriate, if all the top rods are of equal length, and the number of top rods used should not be less than four and placed in the specified top rod hole.
5. The pressure plate and pressure plate bolts should have sufficient strength and accuracy to avoid loosening during use. The number of pressure plates should be sufficient, preferably tightly pressed on all four sides, with no less than two places on each side.
6. Large molds should have mold brackets to avoid sinking, misalignment, or falling of die casting molds during use.
