Our production process:
1. Aluminum alloy material preparation: Aluminum alloy materials that meet the requirements need to be prepared before casting, commonly used are ADC12, A380 and so on.
2. Mold making: According to the shape and specifications of the cast parts required by customers, design a drawing for customer review, confirm that there is no problem in the structure tolerance of the drawing to make the corresponding mold, and the production material is usually imported mold steel.
3. Liquid aluminum injection: the aluminum alloy material is pre-melted through the automatic device to inject the liquid into the mold, and the casting quality needs to be ensured by precise measurement and temperature control before injection.
4. Mold cooling: the liquid aluminum in the mold is rapidly cooled and formed in a short time, and the cooling time and temperature are important factors affecting the quality of the workpiece.
5. Release of aluminum alloy parts: After the cooling of the casting mold is completed, it is necessary to open the casting mold and remove the die-cast aluminum alloy parts from the mold.
6. Surface treatment: After taking out the aluminum alloy parts, a series of surface treatments such as dressing, CNC finishing, sandblasting or spraying are needed to meet the appearance and surface quality requirements of the parts.
7. Inspection and testing: all materials have been fully inspected in appearance, structure and inspection equipment; Sample size according to batch to ensure product quality.
