The workpiece adopts die casting → water outlet → machine center → grinding and polishing → sandblasting → powder spraying → full inspection → packing and shipping.
There are two kinds of powder spraying process commonly used in our company: powder spraying is the powder sprayed on the surface of the workpiece by electrostatic adsorption, and then by drying, a certain temperature, high temperature powder; Of course, there is also a low-temperature powder, about 140 degrees of low-temperature powder, and then through this temperature to cross-link the values inside the powder to form a uniform protective film. High and low temperature powder spraying method can be selected according to customer's workpiece requirements, the product structure is weak and easy to deform is not suitable for choosing high temperature powder spraying, and the deformation is large in the production process; Strong structure such as lighting accessories, auto accessories can use high temperature powder. Spray powder can do a little bit of the feeling of frosting, generally not so good leveling, so the interior appearance of the product will generally be used less, because it is helpful for anti-corrosion, may be used a little more on the exterior, like the roof of the luggage rack, furniture, pedestal and so on.
